The Progressive Talk (TPT) is seeking a Programs & Community Lead based in Lahore to spearhead the planning and execution of engaging meetups and workshops. This role focuses on building and nurturing a vibrant community comprising students, founders, creators, professionals, and young entrepreneurs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating meaningful networking experiences and fostering connections within a diverse group of individuals.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute TPT meetups and workshops, ensuring each event is well-organized and impactful.
- Design engaging activities that promote networking and community interaction.
- Build, grow, and manage the TPT community, maintaining active engagement across all members.
- Coordinate effectively with speakers, partners, venues, and internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Oversee the smooth execution of every meetup, addressing any challenges promptly.
- Collect feedback from participants and use insights to improve future meetups and workshops.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in event planning, community building, or event management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders and logistics.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Comfortable engaging with a diverse audience including students, entrepreneurs, and professionals.
