The Student Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Faisalabad. The primary responsibility is to assist students in exploring study abroad options, guiding them through admission processes and scholarship opportunities. The consultant ensures that students receive accurate and current information about universities and academic programs, with a focus on China and other key destinations. This position involves conducting counseling sessions, responding to student inquiries, preparing and reviewing application documents, and coordinating with educational institutions and internal teams to facilitate smooth admissions.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized counseling to students regarding study abroad destinations, admission requirements, and scholarship opportunities.
- Conduct information sessions, presentations, and outreach activities to promote education consultancy services.
- Respond promptly to student inquiries through various communication channels, maintaining professionalism and clarity.
- Prepare, review, and manage student application documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Liaise with universities and educational institutions to track application status and resolve any issues.
- Maintain detailed and organized student records, monitoring application progress from initial counseling through to pre-departure guidance.
- Support social media updates and other promotional activities to enhance student engagement and awareness of available programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
- Manage multiple student cases simultaneously, ensuring timely follow-up and personalized support.

Required Qualifications
- Strong counseling and advisory skills, with the ability to understand student goals and recommend appropriate academic pathways.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including clear written and verbal communication and active listening.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities, capable of managing documentation, tracking applications, and maintaining accurate records.
- Basic understanding of international education systems, admission procedures, and visa processes; familiarity with Chinese universities is advantageous.
- Customer service orientation, demonstrating responsiveness, professionalism, and the ability to build long-term relationships.
- Proficiency in office software, online communication tools, and social media platforms for effective student engagement.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Education, Business, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Fluency in English and Urdu is essential.
