Student Counsellor – Europe

Global Roots Consultants is expanding and seeking a motivated, professional, and results-driven Student Counsellor specializing in European education to join our team based in Faisalabad. We operate in the international education sector, focusing on student recruitment and global mobility, with access to a network of over 2,000 educational institutions worldwide. This role involves guiding students through the process of studying in Europe, from initial counseling to admission and visa assistance, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students on study opportunities across various European countries.
- Assist students in selecting appropriate universities and academic programs based on their interests and profiles.
- Manage university applications and admission documentation efficiently.
- Support students with visa documentation and prepare them for interviews.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with students, managing their applications throughout the admission process.
- Handle leads generated through social media and other marketing channels.
- Communicate regularly with students and their parents to provide updates and guidance.
- Contribute actively to achieving student conversion and admission targets.
- Participate in social media promotional activities, including videos and reels, as required.

Required Qualifications
- Experience in study-abroad counseling or admissions is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and parents.
- Good knowledge of European universities and their admission procedures.
- Ability to counsel students based on their academic background and financial considerations.
- Excellent follow-up skills and ability to convert leads into successful admissions.
- Professional attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Female candidates are preferred for this position.
