STUDENT COUNSELLOR

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Student Counsellor to join Anadolu Consultant. In this role, you will guide students through the process of selecting universities, programs, and admissions opportunities that align with their academic profiles and career goals. You will manage assigned leads, convert prospects into successful enrollments, and ensure all application procedures are handled efficiently and professionally. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build lasting relationships with students and their families while working closely with internal teams and partner universities.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide counselling to students regarding university options, academic programs, admission criteria, and study opportunities.
- Assess students’ academic backgrounds, career objectives, and specific requirements to offer tailored guidance.
- Manage and follow up on leads assigned by Anadolu Consultant, converting qualified prospects into applications and enrollments.
- Prepare, review, and coordinate student applications and related documentation accurately.
- Maintain regular communication with students to track pending documents, application statuses, offers, and admissions.
- Keep detailed and up-to-date student records within the company’s CRM and lead management systems.
- Collaborate with internal departments and universities throughout the application and admission process.
- Foster professional and supportive relationships with students and their parents.
- Achieve monthly and intake-based performance targets consistently.
- Ensure all counselling and application activities comply with company policies and procedures.

- Confident and professional communication skills, comfortable engaging with both students and parents.

- Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple student cases simultaneously.
- High attention to detail in handling documents and application processes.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining effective coordination with team members.
- Willingness to learn and stay updated on universities, programs, and admission procedures.
- Professionalism, punctuality, and discipline in the workplace.
- Proficiency in English and Urdu is required.

Previous experience in educational consultancy, student counselling, admissions, sales, or related fields will be considered an advantage.
