Key Responsibilities
The Student Counselor will work full-time at the head office in Rawalpindi, providing expert guidance to students exploring academic and career pathways abroad. This role involves conducting counseling sessions to help students select suitable programs, universities, and study destinations. The counselor will assess student profiles, explain admission requirements, and clarify visa processes. Maintaining accurate records of all consultations is essential. The position requires regular communication with students and their families, addressing inquiries promptly and delivering exceptional customer service. Additionally, the counselor will collaborate with colleagues to stay informed about international education trends, institutional partnerships, and policy updates that impact overseas study opportunities.
