The Hunar Foundation (THF) is seeking a dedicated Student Relations Officer (SRO) for its institute located in Rawat, Islamabad. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing student relations, admissions, and engagement activities to ensure a positive and seamless experience for all students. This position requires close collaboration with academic, administrative, and finance teams to support smooth institutional operations and foster strong relationships with students, parents, alumni, and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for students, promptly addressing their queries and concerns.
- Manage the entire student admissions process, including registrations, follow-ups, and documentation.
- Conduct student counseling sessions, orientations, and admission campaigns to support prospective and current students.
- Coordinate with academic, administrative, and finance departments to ensure smooth operational workflows.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, ensuring data integrity at all times.
- Build and nurture relationships with students, parents, alumni, and relevant industry stakeholders.
- Monitor class schedules, faculty attendance, and training activities to support academic delivery.
- Facilitate student placements and coordinate on-the-job training opportunities.
- Plan and execute student engagement, outreach, and recruitment initiatives to enhance institutional visibility.
- Organize events, campaigns, and networking activities aimed at increasing student involvement.
- Participate actively in audits, meetings, and other institutional processes as required.
- Prepare detailed reports and maintain proper documentation to support institutional accountability.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in student affairs, counseling, or academic administration is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various responsibilities efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, faculty members, and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
