Student Visa Counselor

We are seeking a confident and sales-driven Student Visa Counselor with comprehensive knowledge of international education destinations such as the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, and other countries. The ideal candidate will be skilled in guiding students through study abroad options, admissions processes, and visa requirements, while consistently achieving enrollment and sales targets. This role requires strong communication and negotiation abilities, as well as the capability to build lasting relationships with prospective students and provide expert advice throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students on study abroad opportunities, admissions criteria, visa requirements, and eligibility across multiple countries.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of various education systems, universities, and student visa processes internationally.
- Convert prospective leads into enrolled students by effectively addressing concerns and closing deals.
- Follow up diligently with potential students, handle objections professionally, and maximize enrollment outcomes.
- Develop and nurture strong client relationships, offering continuous support and guidance throughout the application and visa process.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage and influence prospective students.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a proven sales-oriented mindset.
- Ability to consistently meet or exceed enrollment and sales targets.
- Familiarity with international education systems and student visa procedures is essential.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Student Counselor is preferred.
- The position is based in Lahore and requires in-person attendance.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs60,000.
