Students counselor (Female)

This role involves providing comprehensive guidance to students interested in pursuing higher education in countries such as Italy, the UK, Belarus, China, and other European destinations. The candidate will offer detailed information on university admissions, tuition fees, scholarships, and eligibility requirements. They will support students throughout the application and admission process, ensuring a smooth and informed experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students on study opportunities abroad, covering various countries and educational systems.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding admissions, fees, scholarships, and eligibility criteria.
- Guide students step-by-step through the application and admission procedures.
- Follow up regularly with prospective students via phone calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings at the office.
- Assist students in preparing admission applications and compiling necessary documentation.
- Maintain and update student records and admission databases to ensure accurate tracking.
- Convert inquiries from prospective students into confirmed admissions.
- Coordinate closely with admissions and visa processing teams to facilitate smooth enrollment.
- Achieve monthly targets related to student admissions and enrollments.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with students and their parents, ensuring ongoing support and communication.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students and parents.
- Basic understanding of international education systems and student visa processes.

- The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs 25,000 to Rs 35,000.
- The work location is on-site, requiring in-person attendance.
