Studio assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Studio Assistant to join the Studio Operations team at AimFit Gulburg. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe studio environment, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are prepared and operational throughout the day. This position involves supporting both members and trainers by managing equipment, assisting with studio readiness, and upholding the studio’s standards and procedures. The role requires a proactive individual who is punctual, responsible, and able to work effectively within a team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio before opening and throughout the day.
- Arrange and properly organize all workout equipment before and after classes.
- Assist members with basic equipment usage and studio-related inquiries.
- Support trainers during sessions by ensuring necessary equipment is available and correctly positioned.
- Regularly inspect equipment and report any damage, faults, or missing items to management.
- Keep workout areas, reception, and other assigned spaces clean and orderly.
- Assist with operational tasks such as moving equipment, setting up the studio, and maintaining overall readiness.
- Provide daily operational support to the Studio Manager and management team.
- Ensure adherence to studio Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and discipline.
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and respectful demeanor with members and staff.
- Handle basic member queries and direct them to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Secure all equipment and studio assets after operating hours.
- Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
- Follow assigned shift timings and maintain punctuality.

Required Qualifications:
- Intermediate education level is preferred.
- Male candidates with an interest in fitness or gym environments.
- Physically fit and capable of handling and moving gym equipment safely.
- Responsible, punctual, active, and well-groomed.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Willingness to work in shifts.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Previous experience in a gym, fitness studio, or customer service role is advantageous.
