Subject Specialist Physics

The Trust School Lahore is seeking a dedicated Subject Specialist in Physics to join its team on a full-time, on-site basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging, concept-based Physics lessons aligned with the school curriculum, incorporating practical demonstrations and laboratory activities to enhance student understanding. This role involves lesson planning, conducting assessments, monitoring student progress, and providing constructive feedback to support learners’ growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver comprehensive Physics lessons that emphasize core concepts and practical applications.
- Conduct laboratory sessions ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Develop and implement assessments to evaluate student learning and progress.
- Monitor and track student performance, providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and share best teaching practices.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Participate actively in faculty meetings and engage in continuous professional development activities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Strong understanding of fundamental Physics concepts and principles.
- Knowledge of Physics education, including curriculum planning, assessment strategies, and modern teaching methodologies.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to manage classrooms efficiently.
- Experience in mentoring students and working collaboratively within a team.
- Commitment to supporting learners from diverse backgrounds and fostering an inclusive learning environment.
