The role involves teaching Federal Board Urdu, Islamiat, and/or Pakistan Studies to students in grades XI and XII. The incumbent will be responsible for delivering consistent and well-structured classroom material, preparing test and exam papers, and ensuring timely and accurate grading. They will also provide academic counseling to students, addressing challenges they face and taking ownership of their progress and performance in the subject area.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Federal Board Urdu, Islamiat, and/or Pakistan Studies to XI and XII students.
- Assist in designing curriculum outlines and lesson plans, continuously improving them for classroom implementation.
- Suggest relevant questions and topics for monthly, mid-term, and preliminary assessments.
- Source and finalize the best instructional materials in collaboration with other subject teachers and the Manager of Student Development.
- Ensure all teaching materials are complete and aligned with curriculum requirements.
- Track and update progress reports monthly, coordinating with the Manager English on curriculum coverage, paper analysis, material distribution, and student performance.
- Grade test papers promptly, provide constructive feedback to students, and escalate concerns to the manager when necessary.
- Maintain open communication within the teaching team.
- Develop remedial plans for students who require additional support and share these plans with subject teachers and the Manager Student Development.
- Conduct classroom observations of peers to promote teaching quality.
- Serve as a Classroom Coach by counseling and motivating students to meet their academic goals.
- Actively participate in meetings focused on student welfare and academic improvement.

Required Qualifications

- Master’s degree in a relevant subject such as MA Urdu or MA Islamiat.
- 1-2 years of teaching experience at the intermediate level.
- Strong knowledge and expertise in the relevant subject area.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High levels of accuracy, productivity, and initiative.
- Professionalism with the ability to work independently while maintaining close collaboration with the team.
