Excel College, located on Main Kohat Road in Fateh Jang, is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Multiple Subject Teachers to join our full-time academic team. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons across a variety of programs, including FSc Pre-Engineering, FSc Pre-Medical, ICS, FA, and ICOM. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans for multiple subjects aligned with the curriculum. Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages active student participation and learning. Employ diverse teaching strategies and resources to address different learning styles and abilities. Regularly assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to support continuous improvement. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance instructional methods. Stay informed about current educational trends and subject knowledge. Organize and take part in extracurricular activities and school events to boost student engagement. Maintain clear and effective communication with students, parents, and staff regarding academic performance and any concerns. Uphold the values and mission of Excel College, contributing to a culture of educational excellence.

Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field is required. Candidates should have proven experience teaching multiple subjects at the high school level. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential. The ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment is important. A genuine passion for education and a commitment to student success are key attributes for this role.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
A Master’s degree is preferred, and holding a valid teaching certification is considered an advantage. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs30,000 to Rs35,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
