SuccessFactors Onboarding - Senior

EY’s Global Delivery Services team in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Senior Implementation Consultant to join their dynamic workforce. This role centers on transforming enterprise hiring operations by delivering effective HCM technology and process solutions. The consultant will lead full-cycle implementations, integrate onboarding with other SuccessFactors modules, and conduct thorough end-to-end testing to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor by aligning clients’ hiring and onboarding strategies with SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 capabilities, industry best practices, and long-term business goals.
- Provide thought leadership on modern recruiting practices, digital adoption, hiring team enablement, and Intelligent Enterprise concepts.
- Deliver application-specific solution consulting, including business blueprint development, implementation, test case creation and execution, key user training, go-live support, and post-implementation assistance.
- Lead at least two end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 implementations and offer ongoing support.
- Design and configure onboarding programs, including tasks, data collection steps, compliance forms, notifications, custom tasks, MDF objects, business rules, and document flows.
- Configure crossboarding, offboarding, and rehire processes as applicable.
- Integrate onboarding with other SuccessFactors modules, demonstrating readiness for client-facing engagements.
- Maintain knowledge of Employee Central, Position Management, Recruiting Management (RCM), and Recruiting Marketing (RMK) modules; familiarity with SmartRecruiters is advantageous.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and alignment.

Required Qualifications
- 3 to 8+ years of hands-on experience working with SAP SuccessFactors.
- Mandatory certification in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 and Employee Central Core.
- Strong functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0, Employee Central integration, and hire-to-retire processes.
- Proven consulting skills with the ability to translate client vision into operational excellence.
- Experience with compliance forms, custom forms, business rules, MDF objects, workflows, homepage, and dashboard configuration.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional implementation projects, preferably within a consulting environment.
- Familiarity with SAP Joule for SuccessFactors.
