Supervising Associate - Learning & Development - Talent Team - Karachi

EY is seeking a Supervising Associate to join the MENA Tax Learning & Development (L&D) team, focusing on supporting onboarding, capability building, and learning delivery for the Pakistan Nearshore operation. In this role, you will collaborate closely with regional stakeholders to align nearshore needs with the broader MENA Tax L&D strategy and contribute to scalable learning solutions across the region. This position offers an opportunity to play a pivotal role in enhancing technical and soft skills training, embedding innovative learning technologies, and ensuring smooth coordination between business and learning teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Support onboarding, transition, and upskilling of new hires in Pakistan Nearshore to meet MENA Tax GCC standards.
- Collaborate with MENA Tax L&D to integrate nearshore requirements into the Global Development Program (GDP).
- Coordinate and deliver localized technical tax training in partnership with Nearshore Delivery Leaders and Subject Matter Specialists.
- Adapt global learning content to align with nearshore needs and MENA Tax priorities.
- Contribute to the design and delivery of soft skills programs such as communication, stakeholder management, and client readiness alongside the Firmwide Learning team.
- Support the integration of AI, automation, and technology-enabled learning approaches into training initiatives.
- Serve as the primary L&D contact for Pakistan Nearshore, ensuring effective coordination with business stakeholders.
- Track learning effectiveness, analyze feedback, and support continuous program improvement.
- Identify nearshore capability needs and contribute to the MENA Tax annual learning plan.
- Assist with planning and executing L&D events in Pakistan, coordinating with AWS and business teams.
- Collaborate with the wider MENA Tax learning team, especially during peak learning cycles.
