This full-time position is based in Bannu and focuses on the execution and management of FTTH (Fibre to the Home) and GPON (OSP/ISP) projects. The role involves close coordination with various stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery, along with the creation and implementation of detailed fibre plans from high-level design (HLD) to low-level design (LLD). The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining the company’s quality standards throughout the deployment process and managing vendor relationships related to OSP/ISP deployments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily progress, report updates, and ensure timely execution of ongoing FTTH and GPON projects.
- Coordinate effectively among all stakeholders involved in project execution and planning to meet deadlines.
- Develop and implement fibre plans, including feasibility studies for FTTH cases, covering all stages from HLD to LLD.
- Enforce and maintain quality standards during the deployment and execution phases.
- Manage vendors responsible for OSP/ISP deployments, ensuring compliance with project requirements.

Required Qualifications:
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electronics, Electrical, Telecom, IT, or Computer Science, or a Bachelor of Technology (B-Tech Hons.) degree.
- A minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Age between 18 and 35 years.
- Possession of a DAE Diploma in electrical, IT, or telecom is mandatory.

Additional Information:
- This is an in-person role located in Bannu.
- The offered salary ranges from Rs 50,000 to Rs 60,000 per month.
