SKMCH&RC is seeking a dedicated Supervisor for its Outpatient & Ambulatory Services department. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that departmental objectives, policies, and procedures are consistently maintained. This position requires hands-on experience in upholding safety, environmental, and infection control standards within the department. The Supervisor will also be responsible for managing payment processing for outpatient services, including handling cash and credit card transactions. Additionally, the role involves organizing work schedules and assigning tasks to personnel to ensure smooth departmental operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enforce departmental objectives, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and infection control standards.
- Oversee the processing of payments for outpatient and ambulatory services, including cash and credit card transactions.
- Manage work schedules and allocate duties among staff members effectively.
- Supervise and support the team to deliver high-quality customer service within the department.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from an HEC-recognized institute.
- Proven experience, preferably a minimum of three years, in a supervisory role within customer care services.
