Shaan Technologies is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations at its solar manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing production staff, ensuring product quality, meeting production targets, and maintaining efficient workflow. This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to work under pressure to support continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily solar manufacturing and production activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage and assign duties to production staff while monitoring their performance.
- Achieve production targets without compromising on product quality.
- Oversee manufacturing processes and maintain an efficient workflow.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and company policies.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Store departments to streamline operations.
- Identify production issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor material usage to minimize wastage and enhance production efficiency.
- Maintain accurate daily production reports, records, and staff attendance logs.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of machines and production equipment.
- Support initiatives aimed at continuous improvement in manufacturing productivity.

Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline is mandatory.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in production supervision or manufacturing operations.
- Prior experience in solar panel manufacturing or the solar industry is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proficient problem-solving skills with the ability to handle production challenges effectively.
- Good understanding of production planning, quality control, and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to meet production targets and perform well under pressure.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with hands-on experience in solar manufacturing, production line management, and supervising technical teams will be given preference.

Work Location
This is an in-person role based at EPZA, Landhi Industrial Area, Karachi.
