Supply Chain Executive (For HUB Plant) Male Position

We are seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Executive to join our team at the HUB Plant located in Baluchistan. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing and coordinating procurement, inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, and material movement. This position ensures the smooth and timely functioning of all supply chain activities, supporting production and overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily supply chain and material management operations to maintain efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and other stock items.
- Collaborate closely with Procurement, Production, Warehouse, Sales, and Accounts departments to align supply chain activities.
- Prepare and maintain purchase requisitions, material requirement plans, stock reports, and other necessary documentation.
- Ensure material availability aligns with production schedules and requirements.
- Liaise with suppliers and logistics providers to manage timely deliveries and resolve any issues.
- Follow up on purchase orders to guarantee prompt receipt of materials.
- Oversee warehouse stock and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Coordinate transportation and dispatch activities as needed to support operations.
- Identify and report material shortages, delays, or supply chain disruptions to management promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and proper documentation of all supply chain processes.
- Perform additional supply chain-related tasks as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, warehouse management, or manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Strong coordination, communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in manufacturing, chemical, or construction material industries is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP will be considered an advantage.
- Candidates willing to reside at the company’s HUB Plant residence will be given preference.
