Supply Chain Executive

We are seeking a motivated Supply Chain Executive to join our team and support the seamless flow of products from suppliers to warehouses and ultimately to customers. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a fast-paced e-commerce environment and be adept at working with data, coordinating with suppliers, and enhancing daily processes to boost efficiency and cost-effectiveness. This role requires a proactive individual who can analyze supply chain operations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain Operations & Optimization:
Support the implementation of strategies aimed at improving operational efficiency and reducing costs. Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure supply chain activities align with overall business objectives.

Inventory Management:
Assist with comprehensive inventory control, including monitoring stock levels, demand forecasting, and executing replenishment plans. Utilize analytics to optimize inventory across multiple warehouse locations. Maintain inventory accuracy, ensure healthy turnover rates, and minimize stockouts by following best practices.

Supplier & Vendor Coordination:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors. Support contract negotiations, monitor supplier performance, and ensure timely delivery of goods. Identify opportunities to streamline procurement processes and reduce costs.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, inventory, or logistics roles.
- Working knowledge of e-commerce supply chain operations, including forecasting, demand planning, logistics, and warehouse management.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables and lookup functions, for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and contribute to process improvements.

Working Hours and Compensation
This position operates from 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM PKT. The monthly salary range is PKR 75,000 to 100,000.

Location
This is a remote role, offering flexibility to work from any location.
