Supply Chain Intern

Soft Nation Technologies is seeking a motivated Supply Chain Intern to join their team in Karachi, Gulshan-e-Iqbal. This is a full-time, on-site internship lasting between 3 to 6 months, with working hours from 12 PM to 9 PM, Monday through Friday. The role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in procurement, inventory management, and logistics within a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities
As a Supply Chain Intern, you will support daily procurement, inventory, and logistics operations. Your tasks will include tracking orders, shipments, and delivery schedules while maintaining communication with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely follow-ups. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records using spreadsheets and internal systems, assisting with stock monitoring, reconciliation, and reporting. Additionally, you will help identify delays, bottlenecks, and potential cost-saving opportunities. Coordination with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure smooth operational flow.

Required Qualifications
The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate with a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field. Strong analytical and organizational skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets. Clear written and verbal communication skills in English are required. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively are important. Above all, candidates should demonstrate eagerness to learn and take ownership of their responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude is a plus. Previous internship or academic project experience related to supply chain or operations will be advantageous. This internship offers real-world exposure to procurement, inventory, and logistics processes, along with mentorship from experienced professionals.
