Chefiality is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Manager to join their team in Lahore. This role involves managing the end-to-end supply chain processes to support the company’s expanding product range tailored for chefs and bakers. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, organized, and capable of maintaining efficient inventory levels while ensuring smooth coordination with suppliers and timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage purchasing activities, inventory control, supplier coordination, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of products.
- Negotiate with suppliers to optimize costs and improve procurement processes.
- Monitor supply chain performance and prepare regular reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements throughout all operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in supply chain or inventory management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel along with strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with inventory or supply chain management software.
- Ability to work effectively on-site in a fast-paced environment.
