Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to oversee the complete supply chain operations for a rapidly expanding international e-commerce business managing multiple brands across Amazon marketplaces. This full-time, on-site position is based in DHA Phase 6, Lahore, with a morning shift schedule. The role demands expertise in demand forecasting, inventory planning, purchasing, supplier coordination, international logistics, Amazon FBA replenishment, warehouse management, inventory reconciliation, and cost control to ensure efficient and seamless supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage SKU-level demand forecasting, inventory planning, reorder points, safety stock, and replenishment strategies.
- Oversee purchasing activities and track purchase orders from suppliers through to final delivery.
- Coordinate closely with China-based suppliers, sourcing teams, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and warehouse personnel.
- Monitor production schedules, conduct quality inspections, ensure packaging compliance, and evaluate supplier performance.
- Handle international shipments by managing freight bookings, documentation, customs clearance, and delivery logistics.
- Plan and execute replenishment for Amazon FBA/AWD and third-party logistics providers.
- Monitor Amazon inventory levels, stock coverage, receiving processes, stranded or unfulfillable inventory, and associated storage costs.
- Reconcile purchase orders, shipments, warehouse receipts, Amazon inventory records, and physical stock counts.
- Track landed costs, supplier, freight, and warehouse invoices, and manage working capital requirements.
- Identify risks related to stockouts, overstock, quality issues, supplier performance, and logistics, implementing corrective measures as needed.
- Prepare comprehensive supply chain dashboards and reports covering inventory status, forecasts, supplier metrics, shipment updates, and cost analysis.
- Collaborate with brand managers, finance teams, leadership, and other departments to maintain smooth supply chain operations.
- Continuously improve purchasing, replenishment, reporting, and inventory management processes.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in supply chain management, inventory planning, or logistics, preferably within Amazon or e-commerce environments.
- Practical experience with Amazon Seller Central, including FBA inbound shipments, inventory reporting, and replenishment processes.
- Proven experience working with China-based suppliers and international freight forwarders.
- Strong understanding of demand planning concepts such as safety stock, lead times, purchase order management, landed costs, and inventory reconciliation.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including the use of Pivot Tables, Lookups, and analytical modeling.
- Familiarity with inventory management or ERP systems.
- Excellent English communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate with teams across various time zones.
- High attention to detail, strong ownership mentality, and effective problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience managing Amazon operations in markets such as the US, UK, Canada, or Germany.
- Knowledge of Amazon AWD, Shopify, Walmart, or TikTok Shop platforms.
- Background working with multiple brands or within an e-commerce aggregator environment.
- Experience supporting new product launches, supplier transitions, and conducting quality inspections.
- Proficiency in the Chinese language is considered an advantage.
- A degree or relevant qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
