Supply Chain MIS Officer

We are seeking a mid-level Supply Chain MIS Officer to join our Supply Chain team at the Head Office located in Gulshan-e-Maymar, Karachi. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in MS Excel, ERP systems, data management, inventory records, purchase documentation, and MIS reporting. This role demands a hands-on professional capable of maintaining accurate operational data and converting it into timely, insightful reports for management and the Supply Chain team.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update accurate supply chain data, records, and reports.
- Enter, update, and manage transactions within the ERP system.
- Prepare and analyze MIS and operational reports using advanced MS Excel functions.
- Monitor material requirements, inventory status, and supply chain operations.
- Maintain and update purchase orders, GRNs, delivery challans, and related documentation.
- Coordinate effectively with Supply Chain, Production, Warehouse, Purchase, and other departments as needed.
- Track material and inventory transactions to ensure timely updates in the system.
- Identify discrepancies in data, inventory, or documentation and facilitate corrective actions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by management.
- Ensure proper documentation and accuracy of all operational data.
- Perform additional Supply Chain and MIS-related tasks as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Commerce, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in Supply Chain, MIS, operations data, ERP-based inventory/purchasing, or a similar manufacturing environment.
- Strong and advanced MS Excel skills are mandatory, including proficiency with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, sorting, filtering, data handling, and cleaning.
- Hands-on ERP experience is essential, particularly in maintaining records related to inventory, purchase orders, GRNs, materials, or supply chain transactions.
- Excellent data entry and data maintenance skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet strict reporting deadlines.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in Textile, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain Operations is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with inventory, procurement, or production-related data management.
- Candidates residing in Gulshan-e-Maymar, Maymar, North Karachi, Scheme 33, or nearby areas will be given preference.
- Immediate or ASAP availability to join is an advantage.

Additional Information
This position requires practical, hands-on experience with Excel and ERP systems. Candidates with only basic Excel or general data-entry experience may not be considered. The working schedule is Monday to Saturday from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with Sundays off. The monthly salary range is Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 60,000. The role is based on-site at the Head Office.
