Supply Chain Officer - Female

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to manage and oversee the entire supply chain process, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with quality standards. This role involves close collaboration with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers to maintain seamless operations. The ideal candidate will analyze supply chain data to identify opportunities for improvement, develop strategies to enhance efficiency, and work closely with procurement and logistics teams to resolve any challenges promptly.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate effectively with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers to maintain smooth supply chain processes.
- Analyze supply chain performance data to identify areas for process improvement and optimization.
- Develop and implement strategies aimed at improving supply chain efficiency and reducing operational costs.
- Maintain accurate inventory and order records to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Partner with procurement teams to support efficient purchasing strategies.
- Address and resolve logistics challenges swiftly to minimize disruptions.
- Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain performance to stakeholders.
- Stay informed about current regulations and industry trends impacting supply chain management.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in supply chain or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and logistics operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and supply chain management software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
