Supply Chain Officer

Bonanza Satrangi is seeking a Supply Chain Officer to join their team at the Karachi Head Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing stock allocation, inventory distribution, reporting, and coordinating warehouse activities. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can ensure efficient inventory management and support smooth operations across multiple stores.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and implement store-wise stock allocation and replenishment plans to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch and distribution of stock.
- Monitor inventory levels regularly and facilitate inter-store transfers to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
- Process inventory transactions and delivery challans accurately, maintaining records within the Oracle ERP system.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and sales reports to track performance and support decision-making.
- Analyze inventory data to identify discrepancies and work towards timely resolution.
- Ensure adherence to inventory control procedures and company policies to maintain compliance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing inventory accuracy and distribution efficiency.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in supply chain, inventory management, logistics, or retail operations.

Key Skills and Competencies:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Oracle ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of inventory management and distribution processes.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
