Supply Chain Officer (Male)

Supply Chain Officer position is available at ATMOS (Pvt.) Ltd., located in Lahore. This full-time role is ideal for candidates with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within a manufacturing or factory environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement processes, coordinating with suppliers and internal departments, and ensuring smooth inventory and production material flow. The role demands strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and reports, monitor stock levels, and prevent production delays through effective supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement activities and coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Oversee raw material and inventory management, including stock monitoring and reconciliation.
- Plan and coordinate production materials to meet manufacturing schedules.
- Follow up with suppliers to maintain consistent supply and resolve any delivery issues.
- Prepare and handle purchase orders, quotations, and related documentation.
- Collaborate closely with Production, Stores, Accounts, and vendors to streamline operations.
- Monitor material shortages proactively to avoid disruptions in production.
- Maintain daily and weekly supply chain reports to track performance and inventory status.
- Conduct price comparisons and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Evaluate and monitor supplier performance to ensure quality and reliability.
- Manage logistics and oversee incoming material deliveries.
- Keep comprehensive records of all procurement and inventory activities for audit and review purposes.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in procurement and inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing or factory setting.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent vendor negotiation and follow-up skills to maintain supplier relationships.
- Effective communication and coordination abilities to work with multiple departments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage time efficiently under pressure.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or procurement software is considered an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
Candidates with prior manufacturing experience will have a distinct advantage. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 40,000 to 50,000.
