Supply Chain Officer

Comtanix, a rapidly expanding BPO company (distinct from a call center), is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Officer to join their team on a night shift basis. This on-site role is based in Bahria Town, Phase 8, Rawalpindi, with working hours from 6 PM to 3 AM. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and finance skills, be comfortable working independently during night hours, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare purchase orders (POs), invoices, and detailed purchase reports including cost analysis.
- Track orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any supply chain issues promptly.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with suppliers, including contract negotiation.
- Conduct regular audits of import and export documentation to ensure compliance.
- Coordinate effectively with sales and procurement teams to streamline operations.
- Monitor market prices and verify compliance with company policies and regulations.

Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
- Strong analytical abilities combined with advanced computer skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as supply chain management, business administration, or finance.
- Experience managing vendor payments, contracts, and ensuring compliance with procurement standards.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Online, ERP configuration, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Residency in Rawalpindi is required due to the on-site nature of the role.
- Willingness and ability to work the designated night shift hours.
