OneScreen is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Executive to support our Colombia and LATAM operations within the Global Supply Chain & Logistics team. This role requires evening-shift availability to coordinate effectively with international teams, forwarders, warehouses, and regional sales stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining clear visibility on active orders, following up with suppliers and factories, supporting shipment readiness, tracking documentation, and ensuring that all operational updates are accurate, timely, and well-communicated. This position demands a structured, disciplined individual who takes ownership in a fast-paced international environment, with strong attention to detail, excellent written communication skills, and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain clear visibility of all active Colombia and LATAM orders.
- Track order status from requirement confirmation through purchase order (PO), proforma invoice (PI), payment, production, shipment readiness, dispatch, and delivery.
- Ensure every active order has a defined status, assigned owner, next action, due date, and escalation point.
- Follow up consistently with suppliers and factories regarding production status, unit readiness, PI updates, payment confirmations, packing details, shipment readiness, and any pending information.
- Coordinate internally on product models, quantities, specifications, readiness dates, and fulfillment requirements.
- Support the preparation, review, and tracking of commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping details, serial numbers, loading information, and related shipment documentation.
- Collaborate with logistics team members and forwarders to ensure shipments are ready for pickup or dispatch.
- Help prevent documentation errors prior to external sharing.
- Support product request workflows for Colombia and LATAM market opportunities.
- Follow up on product specifications, certifications, pricing, manuals, compliance documents, and technical information.
- Provide structured and regular updates to LATAM sales and internal teams.
- Escalate blockers clearly with facts, owners, impact, and recommended next steps.
- Maintain organized records of actions, pending items, owners, and deadlines.
- Assist in developing repeatable checklists, playbooks, and process improvements for Colombia and LATAM operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operations, International Business, Engineering Management, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, vendor coordination, import/export, documentation, or operations.
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Excellent attention to detail regarding quantities, product models, dates, documents, values, and shipment information.
- Ability to work independently during evening hours (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT).
- Comfortable coordinating across multiple time zones and with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong follow-up discipline and ability to manage multiple active tasks simultaneously.
- Must be based in Islamabad/Rawalpindi or able to commute reliably.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with international logistics, freight forwarding, import/export documentation, or vendor management.
- Previous exposure to LATAM, US, China, or other international markets.
- Familiarity with commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading (BL), airway bills (AWB), serial numbers, shipping marks, HS codes, or customs documentation.
- Experience using ERP, CRM, Odoo, HubSpot, E-Automate, Basecamp, or other order management systems.
- Basic understanding of product specifications, certifications, compliance documentation, or hardware products.
- Spanish language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
