Robust Support & Solutions, the back-office operations hub for Xclusive Trading Inc., is seeking a skilled Surveillance Executive to join their team in Karachi. This full-time, on-site role is based at the 2nd Floor, Azad Trade Centre, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 14. The position requires working night shifts from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday through Saturday. The successful candidate will play a vital role in leading surveillance operations, managing a sizable team, and ensuring compliance and operational efficiency within a fast-paced environment. The salary range offered is PKR 70,000 to 80,000 per month, along with other benefits as per company policy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a large surveillance team of 15 to 30+ members, ensuring productivity and performance goals are achieved.
- Monitor surveillance activities closely, review findings, and enforce compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Oversee team performance by providing coaching, addressing gaps, and fostering continuous improvement.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed operational and performance reports.
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and INDEX-MATCH for data analysis.
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements to enhance overall operational quality and efficiency.
- Handle escalations promptly and resolve operational issues to maintain smooth functioning.
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments and key stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and operational records to support audit and compliance requirements.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance reporting, data analysis, and operational workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing large teams of 15 to 30+ members in a surveillance or related operational role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, including conflict resolution and team motivation.
- Excellent stakeholder management capabilities with experience in cross-functional coordination.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex data analysis and reporting techniques.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with AI tools and technology-driven reporting methods.
- High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in surveillance and team management.
- The role is strictly on-site in Karachi, requiring candidates to be available for in-person work.
