We are looking for a dedicated Surveillance Officer to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan, working full-time during day shifts. The primary responsibility of this role is to monitor live surveillance footage from retail stores based in the USA, identify any suspicious activities, and accurately report incidents. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a back office setting will be considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor live surveillance footage from multiple retail stores across the USA to identify potential security risks.
- Detect and report incidents such as theft, fraud, or violations of company policies.
- Prepare detailed and accurate reports on observed incidents to support further investigation or action.
- Ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning properly and coordinate maintenance when necessary.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in surveillance or retail loss prevention roles.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to recognize unusual or suspicious behavior.
- Excellent reporting and documentation skills to produce clear and concise incident reports.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience working in a back office environment is considered a plus.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs50,000.
