Surveillance Officer

We are seeking a vigilant and responsible Surveillance Officer to oversee CCTV operations and maintain the safety and security of our company premises in Karachi. The successful candidate will be tasked with monitoring surveillance equipment, identifying suspicious activities, and ensuring prompt reporting of any security concerns. This role requires strong observation skills, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to work flexible rotational shifts, including mornings, evenings, and nights.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor CCTV cameras and other surveillance equipment continuously to detect any unusual or suspicious behavior.
- Report any security breaches or incidents promptly to the relevant authorities or management.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of surveillance activities and incidents.
- Collaborate with security personnel to ensure the overall safety of the premises.
- Operate surveillance systems and perform routine checks to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
- Follow company policies and procedures related to security and confidentiality.

Required Qualifications:
- Age between 18 and 30 years.
- Minimum education level of Intermediate; Bachelor’s degree is required.
- At least 1 year of experience in surveillance or CCTV monitoring.
- Basic computer skills to operate surveillance software and maintain records.
- Strong observation and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including morning, evening, and night schedules.
- Must be willing and able to work on-site in Karachi.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Previous experience in a similar surveillance role is highly desirable.
- Salary offered is up to PKR 50,000 per month, with additional incentives based on performance.
