Sustainability Consultants

ESGHexa is seeking experienced Sustainability Consultants to join its expanding advisory team on a hybrid working model. The company welcomes applications from full-time, part-time, freelance, or contract professionals who can assist corporate clients in delivering comprehensive ESG disclosures, climate reporting, and developing effective decarbonisation strategies. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with organizations aiming to enhance their sustainability performance and meet evolving regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advisory services on corporate sustainability and climate disclosures in alignment with IFRS S1, IFRS S2, and GRI Standards.
- Perform greenhouse gas accounting for corporate clients, covering Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions, following the GHG Protocol guidelines.
- Evaluate climate-related risks, opportunities, and materiality to design robust and defensible reporting frameworks.
- Assist clients in formulating decarbonisation transition plans and assess credible carbon offsetting strategies to support their sustainability goals.
- Deliver analytical insights on sustainable investments, ESG ratings, and green finance initiatives to inform strategic decision-making.

Required Qualifications
- Educational background in Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or Corporate Reporting.
- Proven technical knowledge and hands-on experience with IFRS S1, IFRS S2, GRI Standards, and the GHG Protocol.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex sustainability data and translate it into clear, executive-level insights and formal disclosures.
