Sustainability Consultants

ESGHexa is seeking experienced Sustainability Consultants to join its expanding advisory team on a hybrid working model. The company welcomes applications from full-time, part-time, freelance, or contract professionals who can assist corporate clients in delivering comprehensive ESG disclosures, climate reporting, and decarbonisation strategies. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with organizations aiming to enhance their sustainability performance and meet evolving regulatory and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advisory services on corporate sustainability and climate disclosures in alignment with IFRS S1, IFRS S2, and GRI Standards.
- Perform detailed greenhouse gas accounting for Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 emissions following the GHG Protocol.
- Evaluate climate-related risks, opportunities, and materiality to develop defensible and transparent reporting frameworks.
- Assist clients in formulating decarbonisation transition plans and assess credible carbon offsetting strategies.
- Deliver analytical insights on sustainable investments, ESG ratings, and green finance initiatives to support informed decision-making.

Required Qualifications
- A degree in Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Corporate Reporting, or a related discipline.
- Proven technical expertise with IFRS S1, IFRS S2, GRI Standards, and the GHG Protocol.
- Strong analytical capabilities to interpret complex sustainability data and translate it into clear, executive-level insights and formal disclosures.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
