Sweeper

We are seeking a reliable and diligent Sweeper to join our pharmacy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within the pharmacy premises to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for both staff and customers. This is a full-time, in-person position with a daily duty of 10 hours.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the pharmacy area, including floors, shelves, and workstations.
- Dispose of waste materials properly and ensure all cleaning supplies are used efficiently.
- Support the pharmacy staff by keeping the environment organized and free from hazards.
- Follow all safety and hygiene protocols as per pharmacy standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the management promptly.

Required Qualifications:
- Male candidates only.
- Ability to work for 10 hours per day consistently.
- Prior experience in a similar cleaning or sweeping role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physically fit to perform cleaning duties and handle cleaning equipment.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs16,000 to Rs25,000 based on experience and performance.
- Work location is strictly in-person at the pharmacy site, ensuring direct involvement in maintaining the premises.
