We are seeking a skilled System Administrator to oversee and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including user accounts, devices, security protocols, and daily IT operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of IT systems, support employees with technical issues, and manage various platforms critical to business communication and workflow automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer Google Workspace, Slack, WhatsApp Business API, and Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms.
- Oversee user account management, including access permissions and system security measures.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure proper IT setup and access control.
- Provide timely day-to-day IT support to staff members, resolving technical issues efficiently.
- Monitor system activities, audit logs, and address any security-related concerns proactively.
- Develop and implement automation workflows using tools such as n8n or Zapier to improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate device inventory records and comprehensive IT documentation.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in system administration, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
- Proven hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Slack, MDM solutions, and similar IT systems.
- Strong understanding of system administration principles, access management, and data security best practices.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Relevant IT certifications will be considered an advantage.
- Competitive salary package of PKR 120,000 per month, along with a fuel allowance ranging from PKR 15,000 to 30,000.
- Work schedule includes six working days per week: Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturday from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM.
- The position is based in Karachi at Gulbai Hawks Bay Road and requires in-person attendance.
