Magnatec Systems Private Limited is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented System Analyst Intern to join our team. This internship offers fresh graduates a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in requirements analysis, software documentation, system testing, and project coordination. Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document software requirements to ensure clarity and completeness.
- Assist in preparing Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Software Requirements Specifications (SRS).
- Create process flows, use cases, and other system documentation to support development and testing activities.
- Coordinate effectively with Development and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Support software testing efforts, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to validate system functionality.
- Prepare basic UI mock-ups and system workflows to aid in visualizing requirements and design.

Required Qualifications
- Fresh graduates with a relevant academic background, eager to learn and contribute.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to accurately capture and document requirements.
- Basic understanding of software development processes and documentation standards.
- Good communication and coordination skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to work on-site at our Johar Town, Lahore office during regular business hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Prior exposure to software testing or system analysis through academic projects or internships is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools for creating process flows, use cases, and UI mock-ups will be advantageous.
