System Desginer

We are seeking a skilled software developer to design and build robust software solutions by translating business requirements, workflows, and UI specifications into functional applications. The ideal candidate will analyze solution requirements, identify process gaps, and recommend effective approaches to meet business needs. This role involves preparing detailed solution designs, including application workflows, module structures, data flows, APIs, and database requirements, before development begins.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop web-based and API-driven applications using technologies such as PHP/Laravel and Python/FastAPI. Experience with other modern programming languages and frameworks is also welcomed.
- Analyze solution requirements thoroughly to identify dependencies, validations, business rules, and integrations, ensuring comprehensive understanding before development.
- Prepare detailed solution designs, including application workflows, module structures, data flows, APIs, and database schemas.
- Utilize strong relational database skills for database design, table relationships, SQL queries, stored procedures, data validation, optimization, and integration with applications.
- Work with AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code or similar coding assistants to plan, generate, review, test, and improve application code based on structured requirements and development standards.
- Integrate applications with databases, APIs, third-party platforms, enterprise systems, and MCP-enabled services, ensuring proper authentication, validation, logging, and error handling.
- Adhere to established software architecture, coding standards, version control practices (Git), security protocols, testing processes, and deployment procedures throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Conduct self-reviews, unit testing, debugging, performance optimization, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with users or product teams during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to resolve issues prior to production release.
- Demonstrate strong solution-thinking and hands-on development skills by understanding business problems, proposing designs, defining data structures, and independently delivering agreed solutions.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in designing and developing software solutions using PHP/Laravel and Python/FastAPI or similar frameworks.
- Strong expertise in relational database design, SQL queries, stored procedures, and database optimization.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools and the ability to leverage them effectively in the development process.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, coding standards, version control (Git), security best practices, and deployment workflows.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into practical, scalable software designs.
- Strong debugging, testing, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams during development and UAT.
