System Network Administrator

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to lead and oversee our IT department. This role involves managing the organization’s entire IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and security systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background paired with excellent leadership abilities to effectively coordinate IT operations and drive strategic initiatives that align with the company’s goals.

Key Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee all aspects of the organization’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and telecommunications systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of IT professionals by providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to foster a motivated and high-performing team environment.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives that support the organization’s objectives and promote technological advancement.

Budget Management: Administer the IT budget efficiently, ensuring resources are allocated wisely to maximize cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.

Security and Compliance: Establish and maintain robust security protocols to safeguard data, networks, and systems. Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.

Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, overseeing contracts and agreements to ensure service quality and cost efficiency.

Troubleshooting and Support: Deliver expert-level support and resolve IT issues promptly to minimize operational disruptions.

Technology Evaluation: Keep abreast of emerging technologies and assess their potential benefits and risks for the organization’s IT environment.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or in a similar leadership role, demonstrating successful management of IT teams and projects.
- Comprehensive knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including networks, servers, databases, and cybersecurity protocols.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team of IT professionals.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Solid understanding of budgeting and financial management within an IT context.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
