We are seeking a skilled System Support Engineer to join the IT team at Sybrid in Abbottabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network systems to ensure smooth, secure, and efficient operations. This role demands a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues, supporting network infrastructure, and contributing to the overall stability and performance of IT services within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, test, troubleshoot, and evaluate network systems to maintain optimal performance.
- Maintain and monitor LAN, WAN, WLAN, cloud networks, and servers to ensure continuous availability.
- Configure and manage WLAN, firewalls, VPNs, routing, and switching devices to safeguard network integrity.
- Perform root cause analysis to quickly identify and resolve system and network issues.
- Provide technical support to end-users, ensuring timely resolution of IT-related problems and minimizing downtime.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in system support or network administration.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols and system administration principles.
- Hands-on experience with firewalls, VPNs, routing, and switching technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a strong analytical mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
