Systems Engineer

We are seeking a skilled IT professional with extensive experience in Microsoft 365, Azure cloud services, and virtualization technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting a hybrid IT environment, ensuring system security, and providing technical expertise across various Microsoft platforms. This role requires a proactive approach to system administration, cloud management, and user support, with a strong focus on maintaining high availability and performance of IT services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage virtualization environments including VMware ESXi, vCenter, backups, snapshots, and Veeam solutions.
- Administer Windows Server infrastructure covering DHCP, DNS, IIS, FTP, SFTP, both on-premises and hybrid Azure servers.
- Oversee Microsoft 365 applications and user administration to ensure seamless collaboration and productivity.
- Identify and resolve system and server vulnerabilities, implement patch management, and maintain robust data backup and security operations.
- Provide technical support by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues promptly and effectively.
- Support and maintain data network services, including VLAN management.
- Deliver engineering and administrative support for Microsoft 365 services, On-Prem Active Directory, Domain Controllers, Hybrid environments, Exchange Online, Entra, SharePoint Online, MS Teams, and Power Platform.
- Lead email migration projects from Exchange on-premises or hosted environments to Exchange Online using various migration methods such as Cutover, Staged, and Hybrid.
- Apply practical knowledge of Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) to support authentication and identity management.
- Manage Azure Active Directory (AAD), including AAD Connect and Azure AD Sync, along with Office 365 services like Exchange Online, Teams, Skype for Business Online, and OneDrive for Business.
- Implement and support Microsoft cloud technologies including MS Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, Mobile Application Management (MAM), Mobile Device Management (MDM), Autopilot, and Windows Virtual Desktop.
- Configure and enforce Conditional Access and Tenant policies, along with M365 mobile device management using Intune.
- Communicate complex technical information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences at all organizational levels.
- Manage and administer the Microsoft Azure cloud environment, including provisioning, configuration, performance monitoring, policy governance, and security compliance.

Required Qualifications:
- 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, including on-premises, hybrid architecture, design, and implementation.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with Microsoft Azure Cloud services.
- Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft products and services such as Azure, Active Directory, Domain Controllers, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform.
- At least 3 years of experience designing and implementing cloud solutions using Azure services like Entra and Azure App Service.
- Proven experience with data backup strategies and virtualization technologies.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory for effective communication.

Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Microsoft Certified Engineer (MCE) certification is required.
