TA Specialist - Night Shift

Eila Solutions is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join their client’s team, working primarily during the night shift. This role is based in Civil Lines, G&T Tower, Karachi, and offers a competitive salary range of PKR 150,000 to 200,000. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international recruitment, specifically with experience hiring for both the Pakistan and Canadian markets. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle while adapting to a night-shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Source and attract qualified candidates for roles across Pakistan and Canada, utilizing various channels and platforms.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure alignment with client requirements and organizational culture.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth hiring experience for all parties involved.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate pipelines.
- Adapt to and efficiently work during night shifts, ensuring consistent productivity and responsiveness.

- Proven experience in international recruitment, with a demonstrated ability to recruit for multiple markets.
- Experience specifically hiring for both Pakistan and Canadian job markets.
- Strong sourcing skills and the ability to screen candidates effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear interaction with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to independently manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Comfortable and reliable working during night shifts.
