Based in Hyderabad, this role presents an exciting opportunity to join EY Global Delivery Services (GDS), a dynamic and truly global network operating across six locations worldwide. The position is suited for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented professional who will work closely with the Recruitment team to ensure strict adherence to processes and policies. The role involves managing complex information across multiple stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and discretion. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing operational efficiencies by identifying automation opportunities and developing standardized templates to streamline workflows.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders to manage complex recruitment information.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive data with the utmost discretion.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation and the development of standardized templates.
- Partner closely with the Recruitment team to ensure compliance with established processes and policies.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a Diploma in Human Resources.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment operations, with a focus on leadership hiring.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal communication, listening, and interpretation skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work effectively within large teams.
