Resource Linked is looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Tailor to join our retail team in Hyderabad, Pakistan. This full-time position involves providing garment alteration, fitting, and customization services within a busy retail environment. The ideal candidate will have strong tailoring and sewing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service. The role requires working six days a week, with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction through precise alterations and personalized garment enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform various clothing modifications such as length adjustments, resizing, repairs, fitting improvements, and garment restoration.
- Enhance garments with personalized design elements including embroidery, decorative patches, rivets, and other custom embellishments.
- Take accurate body measurements to assess customer fit requirements and provide expert alteration advice.
- Deliver professional and courteous customer service to create a positive shopping experience.
- Manage alteration requests, schedule bookings, and oversee delivery timelines to ensure timely completion of work.
- Support in-store sales and customer engagement when tailoring tasks are completed or during lighter workloads.
- Maintain tailoring tools and machinery in good working order, ensuring the workspace is clean, safe, and well-organized.
- Collaborate closely with store leadership and sales associates to support smooth daily operations and meet customer expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Intermediate level or equivalent.
- Proven tailoring experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Proficient tailoring and sewing skills.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Competitive market salary ranging from Rs45,000 to Rs50,000 per month.
