Resource Linked is looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Tailor to join our retail team based in Karachi, Gulshan-e-Iqbal. This full-time position involves providing garment alteration, fitting, and customization services in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate will have strong tailoring and sewing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service. The role requires working six days a week and collaborating closely with store staff to ensure a smooth operation and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform various clothing modifications such as length adjustments, resizing, repairs, fitting improvements, and garment restoration.
- Enhance garments through personalized design services, including embroidery, decorative patches, rivets, and other custom embellishments.
- Take accurate body measurements and assess customer fit requirements to provide expert alteration advice.
- Deliver professional customer care by assisting clients and ensuring a positive service experience.
- Manage alteration requests, schedule bookings, and monitor delivery timelines to guarantee timely completion.
- Support in-store sales and customer engagement when tailoring tasks are completed or workload allows.
- Maintain tailoring tools and machinery in good working condition, while keeping the workspace clean, safe, and organized.
- Collaborate with store leadership and sales associates to support daily operations and meet customer expectations.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education level: Intermediate.
- Proven tailoring experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Proficient tailoring and sewing skills.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Competitive market salary ranging from Rs42,000 to Rs55,000 per month.
- Annual leave, casual leave, and sick leave entitlements.

- Work location is in person at the Karachi Gulshan-e-Iqbal store.
