We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our remote recruiting team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers, supported by a recruiting team lead. Your primary responsibilities include managing incoming applications, conducting candidate searches, reconnecting with applicants, and discussing open roles over the phone. You will screen candidates using approved questions, explain the interview process clearly, and coordinate the next steps. This position is fully remote and phone-based, offering a monthly base salary with additional bonus opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review new applications and schedule candidate calls using an applicant tracking system such as Lever, maintaining detailed records of applications, call notes, and candidate progress.
- Source and contact candidates through job boards, professional networks, and existing applicant databases, guided by recruiter requirements.
- Conduct phone calls using business phone systems like Dialpad, clearly introducing yourself and the purpose of the call.
- Screen candidates by asking approved questions about their interest, availability, and basic qualifications, documenting responses accurately without personal bias.
- Explain job roles and the interview process using standardized information to help candidates understand which positions align with their skills and interests.
- Create shortlists for recruiters based on established criteria, providing clear reasons for candidate selection and flagging any responses needing further review.
- Schedule recruiter interviews using tools such as Google Calendar, confirming all details before concluding each call.
- Keep candidates informed at every stage, send interview reminders, and reschedule missed interviews as needed.
- Update candidate statuses after each interaction, prepare concise notes for upcoming interviews, and maintain confidentiality by marking duplicates, withdrawals, or incorrect contacts.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to clarify interview requirements and share candidate progress, escalating questions beyond approved guidance to the team lead.
- Maintain high-quality standards through accurate note-taking, courteous communication, timely follow-ups, and continuous improvement based on feedback.

Required Qualifications:
- Proficient spoken and written English, as most interactions will be with candidates and teams based in the United States.
- Access to a computer, mobile phone, stable internet connection, and reliable electricity.
- No prior recruiting experience required; however, experience in phone support, customer service, scheduling, or administrative roles is preferred.
- A calm and friendly phone demeanor with confidence in introducing yourself and addressing candidate inquiries.
- Willingness to learn applicant tracking, phone, and scheduling tools through guided training.
- Basic understanding of candidate screening processes, interview stages, and the distinction between initial screening and recruiter review.
- Ability to write clear and concise call notes, and carefully verify names, interview dates, and calendar entries.
- Respect for candidate privacy when handling applications, sharing notes, and discussing recruitment plans.
- Strong listening skills, adherence to approved questions, and ability to explain next steps in simple terms.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from home while staying connected with the recruiting team.
- Structured onboarding and ongoing training on applicant tracking systems, call scripts, and interview scheduling procedures.
- Regular check-ins with the team lead to address questions, receive feedback, and clarify next steps.
- Opportunities for career growth within the team as you develop expertise in candidate screening and coordination.
- Bonus opportunities in addition to the monthly base salary.

The monthly salary range for this role is PKR 61,360 to 145,000, reflecting experience and performance. If you are organized, communicative, and eager to support a dynamic recruiting team, this role offers a great opportunity to grow your career in talent acquisition.
