Talent Acquisition Associate

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain long-term talent pools for recurring or critical roles to ensure readiness for future hiring demands.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews while maintaining clear communication with candidates.
- Lead various HR projects during periods of low hiring activity to support organizational growth and efficiency.

Required Qualifications
- 0-1 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient sourcing abilities with a talent for identifying and engaging high-quality candidates.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
