Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Mars BPO is looking for a motivated and organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their recruitment team based in Karachi, Pakistan. This role focuses on supporting various recruitment activities, including sourcing qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting in meeting hiring targets. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment tasks efficiently while ensuring a professional and positive experience for all candidates. The position requires working a night shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit suitable candidates using platforms such as Indeed and other job portals.
- Post job advertisements and manage incoming applications.
- Screen CVs and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
- Contact candidates to schedule interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and recruitment teams.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records accurately.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure smooth communication.
- Support the HR team in achieving recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Ensure a professional and positive experience for all candidates interacting with the company.

Required Qualifications
- Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in candidate sourcing and CV screening techniques.
- Strong skills in interview scheduling and coordination.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and various recruitment platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and solve problems efficiently.
- Willingness to work the night shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs80,000.
