Talent Acquisition Executive (Hospitality / QSR Background)

We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various frontline positions within our restaurant operations. This role involves handling high-volume hiring for roles such as Restaurant Managers, Supervisors, Cashiers, Servers, Kitchen Staff, and Riders. The ideal candidate will work closely with department heads and management to ensure timely and efficient staffing aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from vacancy requisition through to onboarding.
- Handle high-volume hiring for multiple frontline roles across restaurant operations.
- Source candidates using diverse channels including job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment avenues.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate interviews, and coordinate final interviews with management teams.
- Maintain an active pipeline of candidates for current and future vacancies to ensure a steady flow of talent.
- Coordinate offer letters, employment documentation, and joining formalities to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Collaborate closely with Heads of Departments, Area Managers, and Restaurant Managers to understand and forecast manpower requirements.
- Track recruitment progress diligently and maintain updated reports on vacancies and hiring status.
- Support recruitment drives and organize walk-in interviews as needed.
- Ensure all vacancies are filled within agreed timelines while meeting recruitment targets.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the restaurant, hospitality, or quick-service restaurant (QSR) sectors.
- Proven experience managing high-volume and frontline hiring processes.

Job Location

This position is based in Gulberg 3, Lahore, with work conducted on-site.
