Talent Acquisition Executive

ABS International is looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Executive to join its HR team in Karachi. This role offers hands-on experience in the full recruitment cycle, including conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and managing the hiring pipeline. The position is permanent and on-site, with working hours from 6 PM to 2 AM, Monday through Saturday. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial telephonic screening interviews with candidates in English.
- Review and shortlist CVs according to defined role requirements.
- Maintain and update candidate records on the recruitment portal.
- Manage professional communication with both selected and rejected candidates.
- Support the preparation of offer letters and participate in salary discussions.
- Assist with broader HR operations as assigned by the HR Manager.
- Make impactful decisions and handle real recruitment tasks within a live operational setting.

Required Qualifications
- Ability to confidently conduct telephonic interviews in English and manage professional written communications independently.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with at least six months of experience in HR, talent acquisition, or recruitment support.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Educational background in HR, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Psychology, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Former BPO professionals with excellent English communication skills interested in transitioning into HR are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with A-Level or O-Level education who demonstrate confidence, sharpness, and professionalism in candidate interactions.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Competitive base salary ranging from PKR 40,000 to 45,000 per month.
- Attendance allowance of PKR 3,000 per month.
