Talent Acquisition Executive

ABS International is looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team on a full-time basis at our Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi office. This role requires working the night shift from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday through Saturday. The ideal candidate will be an organized and motivated recruitment professional with practical experience in hiring, strong English communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all recruitment activities during the night shift.
- Handle the end-to-end recruitment and hiring process.
- Source, review, and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate both telephonic and in-person interviews.
- Maintain professional and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate and facilitate onboarding for new hires.
- Keep accurate records of candidates, recruitment reports, and related documentation.
- Assist the HR team with additional recruitment-related tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring activities simultaneously.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM.
- Preference for candidates based in Karachi who can join immediately.
